Sunny & Cozy Room for Student from Nov-01,2022

Room
The room is spacious at 21 square meters and offers space for a large double bed, seating area, clothes and a work area. The room faces south and is flooded with light through the large windows. But if you want to darken the room, blinds are there in addition to the curtains. The room faces the street but at night you can sleep with the window open as it is rarely noisy.
The apartment also has a kitchen with a dining table for 2 people and 1 bathroom (with a shower and washing bath tab and one with a toilet, very practical!)
Location
Our apartment is very central to the city center. It only takes a few minutes to get to Hbf or the old town. But because it's a side street to the busy Voltastrasse it's also super quiet! In 5 minutes’ walk (Kaufland , Aldi,Lidl) and Netto .. There are 3 bus stops that are very close Bozener Str. (1 Min walk) , Voltrastaße (2 min walk ) , Am Bour (3 mi walk).
WG life
You would live in the shared flat with Ikram. I am a student. WG life is very relaxed.I have my university friend Forhad who will be moving to hostel. We are doing something together from time to time. Whether cooking together or going into town. But if you need some rest, that's no problem either. Everything can, nothing must is our motto! :)
I would like to leave some furniture for an advance payment of 160 euros. These include:
- Bed with slatted frame (bought new 2 months ago)
- Writing desk
- Lamp Stand
- Ceiling lamp
- Sofa(Old One)
-Small table (Glass)
