Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung.
Sie liegt direkt am Krankenhaus Neuwerk und ist sehr ruhig, da die gesamte Wohnung mit Balkon nicht zur Straße liegt.
Der Wohnraum ist hell und geräumig und hat eine kleine Kochnische, welche eventuell mit Küche zu haben ist.
Das Bad ist hell gefliest, mit Dusche und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Der Boden der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hell gefliest und durch einen "Sternenhimmel" (in die Decke eingelassene Lämpchen) beleuchtet.
Es gibt eine gute Autobahnanbindung, die Linie 15, 7 und 36 halten direkt vor der Haustüre, Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für Fahrräder, Waschmaschine und Mülltonnen steht ein großer Gemeinschaftskeller sowie ein eigener Kellerraum zur Verfügung.
