Die Wohnung liegt oben in einer ruhigen Straße in einer guten Nachbarschaft,
trotzdem ist sie nur 50m vom alten Markt, 100m von der Einkaufsstraße und 10 Gehminuten vom Hbf entfernt.
ich besitze kein Auto und habe es durch die super Lage auch nie vermisst.
Das große Fenster war für mich von unschätzbarem Wert um auf der breiten Fensterbank die Abende zu verbringen und die Wohnung ist so sehr hell und gemütlich.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und ich hatte nie Probleme selbst wenn ich mal zu laut Musik gehört habe. :)
Die Küche wird ohne Einrichtung übergeben.
