Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit 2 großen Fenstern, einer seperaten Küche, einem Flur und einem Badezimmer.
Als ich vor 1,5 Jahren eingezogen bin, habe ich die ganze Wohnung mit schönem dunklen Boden ausstatten lassen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Einbauküche, die für einen Abschlag von 150€ (VB) übernommen werden sollte.
Da da Wohnung große Fenster hat ist sie schön hell. An allen Fenstern sind Rollos vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist weiß gefließt.
Ich habe die Wohnung als Studentenwohnung gehabt und mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung geht zum Garten raus, sodass es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig ist.
