Hallo Schwabing - Liebhaber,
aus beruflichen Gründen muss ich leider mein komplett eingerichtetes Apartment in der Ainmillerstraße 6 nahe Leopoldstraße aufgeben und suche hierfür einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung kann zum 01.02.2013 oder eventuell früher bezogen werden.

Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Giselastrasse ist direkt um die Ecke, d.h. man fährt eine Station zur Uni und 3 Stationen zur Innenstadt (Marienplatz).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 540€/Monat. Alle Nebenkosten exklusiv Strom sind darin enthalten.
Meine Möbel werde ich in der Wohnung lassen und möchte dafür eine Ablösung von 2500€. Schaut euch die Wohnung an oder gebt mir bescheid, wenn ihr eine detaillierte Inventarliste haben möchtet.
