I am subletting my room for the mentioned period.
Room is right next to Isator station, making it perfect for traveling around the city (eg. searching for a room).
You will share apartment with another person living there but the room with the kitchen is completely yours (that's why I call it einzimmerwohnung).
It has a new and modern kitchen, fast WIFI, big bed (140x200cm), fridge, microwave, oven, stove, water heater, toaster, bunch storage space, place for a bike and other stuff.
You can use all my other equipment, if discussed before, or bring yours. I would just ask you to handle it with care, since it is still my room that I will need in the future. Bring your own bedsheets preferably.
There is another guy living here, but in his own room. You just share the bathroom/toilet.
Rent 300, deposit 400 (the key is expensive if lost, am flexible though). Dates of moving in/out can be adjusted, since my flatmate will have the key.
