Ich möchte wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts meine Wohnung direkt am Englischen Garten im Monat August zwischenvermieten. Sie ist voll möbiliert: Es gibt ein ausziehbares Bettsofa, einen Fernseher, eine Minianlage. Es gibt auch einen geoßen Klapptisch mit Stuhl, wo man essen und arbeiten kann.
Die Küche hat einen Miniofen, eine Mikrowelle und 2 Herdplatten und ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet.
Das Bad its mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist sehr, sehr zentral: Sie liegt 2 Minuten vom Englischen Garten entfernt und direkt an der Tramlinie 18. Der Bus 100 fährt vom Nationalmuseum/Haus der Kunst ab und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten (maximal) erreichbar. Der Chinesische Turm ist 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Universität. Die Isar ist um die Ecke (bestens zum Laufen!).
