Hallo!
Ich vermiete meine 1- Zimmer Wohnung im Lehel in München für einen Monat weil ich wegen eines Praktikums vier Wochen lang nicht da bin.
Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne. Sie isg 26m groß, hell und natürlich möbliert. Es gibt 2 Fenster und sie befindet sich im 2.Stock. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum in dem man waschen kann und einen Fahrradkeller.
Der Englische Garten und die Isar sind ungefähr jeweils in 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist auch über Tram (18) und Bus (154 und 54) gut ans öffentliche Netz angebunden. Auch diese sind circa 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
