Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden und Neu-Münchner,
ich habe hier eine sehr schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit separater Küche und Balkon in absoluter Bestlage für euch im Angebot. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Viktualienmarkt und somit kommt ihr sehr einfach ins Glockenbachviertel, in die Innenstadt und an die Isar.
Hintergrund: Ich habe diese Wohnung jetzt doch sehr kurzfristig erhalten, mein Mietvertrag läuft aber erst in ca. 2,5 Monaten aus. Daher benötige ich ein oder eine Zwischenmieter(in), der die Wohnung schonmal einlebt :) In der Wohnung wird bereits ein Bett, Schrank, Tisch ggf. Fernseher, Kochutensielien sein, im Zweifel kauft es einfach und übergebt es mir dann.
Zwecks Auszug bin ich etwas flexibel da in dem Zeitraum auch noch mein Sommerurlaub ansteht - lasst uns da einfach drüber reden.
Kostenpunkt liegt bei ca. 950,- zzgl. GEZ, Internet, Strom, Heizung, etc. idealerweise würden wir uns auf 1.100 fix einigen, dann komme ich sicher raus.
Bitte schreibt mir kurz, was ihr in München macht, von wann bis wann es ideal ist und idealerweise Facebook/LinkedIn/Xing etc. so dass ich mir ein erstes Bild machen kann.
