da ich im Januar ins Ausland gehe, suche ich jemanden, der/die auf meine Wohnung aufpasst. :)
Über das genaue Einzugs-/ Auszugsdatum lässt sich ggf. verhandeln.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen (10 min zu Fuß zum Odeonsplatz & Marienplatz, 7 min zum englischen Garten, 1 min zur U-Bahn).
Die Gesamtmietkosten betragen 820 € pro Monat und beeinhalten Warmmiete + Strom + GEZ + Internet, also alles was so anfällt.
Dazu fällt eine Kaution von 1000 € an.
