Hallo,
ich bin für einen knappen Monat auf Reise und vermiete deshalb mein Appartement.
Es handelt sich um eine helle, renovierte Wohnung mit voll ausgestatter Kühchenzeile und Loggia mit Blick ins Grüne.
Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig und bietet beste Anbindungen.
Die U-Bahnstation Kolumbusplatz (U1, U2)liegt ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 52 direkt vor der Haustüre ab. Damit ist man in 10 min am Marienplatz. Dir Tramlinie 27 ist in 6 min zu erreichen und fährt auch nachts.
An der Isar seid Ihr in 5 min. und könnt dort auch baden.
Und im Sommer seid Ihr natürlich auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell in der Stadt oder an der Uni.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten -Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt- sind ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe.
Waschmasschinen befinden sich im Keller.
