Hallo!
Da ich kurzfristig aus meiner schnuckeligen hellen Zweizimmerwohnung ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter, da die Hausverwaltung sonst einen Makler einschaltet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus (ohne Aufzug!! D.h. tägliches Fitnessprogramm); sie hat 2 recht große Zimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne und eine kleine Küche, jeweils ohne Fenster und mit Boiler. Die Küche ist bereits möbliert und kann für 30 € übernommen werden.
Die Fenster haben Gauben, sind also nicht schräg!! Die Feuertreppe, die davor verläuft ist begehbar und sozusagen als Balkon nutzbar ;)
Was mir am Herzen liegt: Ich würde gern die Waschmaschine (hat noch Garantie) sowie einige Möbel abgeben. Vor allem die WaMa läge mir am Herzen; sie passt optimal in die kleine Nische (siehe Bild) und ist top in Schuß. Würde sie ja gern mitnehmen, aber da ich nicht weiß, wo ich in einem Jahr wohnen werden....
Bitte meldet Euch so schnell wie möglich! Besichtigung wäre heute oder morgen ab 15 Uhr!
