ich möchte meine schöne, große 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 3 Wochen, vom 20.07 - 10.08 untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert, die Küche ist geräumig komplett ausgestattet (bis auf Spülmaschine).
Das Haus ist ein Altbau aber in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist im DG, Parkettboden, sehr hell mit großer Fensterfront.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, so dass es einen Wohn und einen Schlafbereich gibt.

Ideale Lage in Haidhausen, in einer sehr ruhigen Straße hinter dem Johanisplatz.
Um die Ecke sind die berühmten Holzhäuser, Preysinggarten, etc.
zum Max-Weber-Platz sind es ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Rosenheimer Platz ca. 12 Min., die Verkehrsanbindung könnte entsprechend nicht besser sein. Ansonsten: Isar, Landtag, Innenstadt, Englischer Garten etc. alles in laufbarer Umgebung.
