Hallo zusammen,
ich suche für meine kleine 1-Zimmerwohnung einen Nachmieter zum 01.10.13. Sie verfügt über ein kleines, innenliegendes Bad, eine Küchenzeile im Eingangsbereich, sowie einen sehr geräumigen Einbauschrank, in den (zumindest bei mir) alles reinpasst, was man so braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Kolumbusplatz und dem Mariahilfplatz. Zur Tram (17) sind es ca. 3 min. zum Kolumbusplatz (u1/u2) ca. 4 min. Vor der Haustüre fährt noch der Bus zum Marienplatz (ca. 10 min fahrtzeit). Man ist in 10 min. zufuß an der Isar, in 15. am Gärtnerplatz also alles in allem relativ zentral.
Falls ihr Interesse an der Wohnung habt, schickt mir eine kurze E-Mail, was Ihr so macht, wie alt ihr seid etc., dann können wir für So od. so einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
