Ich vermiete mein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment (ca. 20 Quadratmeter) mit Balkon vom 1. August bis Ende Februar.
Es ist toll ausgestattet, mit den Möbeln, die ich selbst beim Einzug gekauft habe.
Auch kleine Dinge, wie Bügeleisen & Bügelbrett sind vorhanden, du brauchst also nichts außer deine persönlichen Dinge mitzubringen.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Karl-Preis-Platz, die S-Bahn Station der Ostbahnhof.
Beide sind Problemlos entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von der Anzinger-Str. zu erreichen.
Es ist auch ein großer Fahrradkeller vorhanden (die Uni erreicht man so etwa in 15 min). Einen Autostellplatz habe ich leider nicht, in der Regel werden aber immer wieder welche frei, wodurch du dir einen dazu- organisieren könntest. Es sind zwei Aufzüge, als auch ein großer Aufenthaltsraum im Gebäude vorhanden.

Auch persönliche Besichtigungen können beliebig auf Anfrage abgemacht werden, vor allem auch unter der Woche am Abend.
