Die Wohnung ist eine helle und gut geschnittene Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung. Sie liegt in im zweiten Stock eines Hinterhauses und ist deswegen sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist neu, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden und Vorräte können in einer Kammer untergebracht werden. Die Waschmaschine/Trockner steht im Bad und kann genutzt werden.
The flat is very bright and big (for a one room appartment ;) It's on the second floor of a rear building and therefore very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a small oven, a coffeemachine and a water boiler. There is a small room to store groceries. There's a washing machine in the bathroom that can be used.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Nachbarschaft mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Die Isar und zwei Supermärkte sind in fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen. In 7 Minuten ist man auch an der U-Bahnstation "Kolumbusplatz" an dem die U1 und U2 verkehren, mit denen man in weniger als 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 15 Minuten am Marienplatz ist. Ins Glockenbachviertel kann man auch mal laufen.
The flat is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. The river and two supermarkets can be reached by a 5 minute walk. Within 7 minutes you will reach the next underground station - 'Kolumbusplatz' from where you will arrive at the central station in 5 minutes and at the 'Marienplatz' (city center) in about 15 min. It's possible to walk to the party quarter 'Glockenbachviertel'.
