Me and my flatmate share our large family-like flat, I will be in holiday for 3 weeks and we are happy to share and rent out my room.
The room is fully equiped and very well exposed to the sun (but with full blinds for morning sun), a nice bed, a closet, a large puff/pillow, a low table and a very large window.
In the apt we have a fully equipped kitchen where to experiment and share dishes, if desired, and one large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The apt is in a perfect location for this time of the year, extremely close to the isar, where barbecues, walks and runs can take place. 1 minute walk to the U-bahn station Kolumbusplatz, which is extremely close to the city center. You will inevitably enjoy the location and the neighbohood.
We are looking for a girl between 25 and 40 years old that is available to stay for the full / or almost full length of the 3 weeks.
We need a person to be respectful of us, the apartment, our cool neighbors and common areas.
My flatmate speaks English, German, Dutch, French and a bit of Italian so communication will not be a problem ;)
