ich vermiete meine Wohnung, während meines Auslandsausenthalts an einen Zwischenmieter (31.07.2023 - 15.09.2023!). Die GESAMTKOSTEN belaufen sich auf 1269€ für die sechs Wochen bzw. 1 1/2 Monate, plus 300 Euro Kaution, die es dann im Anschluss bei der Schlüsselübergabe wieder gibt. Bitte nicht bewerben, wenn kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich ist, da ich den Schlüssel vorher persönlich übergeben möchte und einen kleinen Zwischenmietvertrag aufsetze.

The apartment is super central. Just two minutes walking from the river. Five minutes to supermarket. Five minutes to public transportation (U2, U3, tram). The big bar area is ten minutes walking.
The apartment is very quiete. It has a bed room, a very big kitchen which is sort of a living room and a bathroom with bathtub.
Die Wohnung hat 33qm. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Es gibt ein Schlaf- bzw. Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche, die durch einen Flur getrennt ist. SIehe Fotos.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und zentral.
Supermarkt, Tram und Bars sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die U1/U2 sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die WOhnung liegt zwischen der Fraunhofer Staße und dem Kolumbusplatz.
Ich werde einen Zwischenmietvertrag aufsetzen, den ich und du bei Schlüsselübergabe unterzeichnen.
Der Vertrag sichert deine und meine Rechte ab, sodass du wegen der Kaution auf der sicheren Seite bist und ich sicher sein kann, dass ich die Miete bekomme.
There will be a little contract, so we are both on the safe side. By signing and paying for the caution you will get the keys, so that you can enter the apartment on the first day of rent directly.
