Die liegt in 5.Stock eines Neubaus, der in 1990 saniert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Bett 140x200cm, Schlaffsofa, Schreibtisch, TV) Eine vollausgestate Einbauküche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine) mitsamt Geschirre ist vorhanden. Außerdem steht in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Balanstraße und daher sehr zentral: Sbahn Rosenheimer Platz ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Bus 62 vor der Haustür. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Hit, Lidl, V-markt) in unmittelbare Nähe.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 700€ (inkl. Internet).
