Meine Wohnung ist ca. 40m² groß, nach Süd/Osten ausgerichtet in den Innenhof. Der große Wohnbereich hat eine separate Bettnische mit eigenem Fenster, Platz für Wohnzimmer und Esszimer und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist direkt neben dem großen Raum, als einzelner Raum auch mit Fenster. Das Bad hat auch ein Fenster, ist ziemlich groß und mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Böden sind teils Holz, Laminat oder Fliesen.
Alles in allem kostet die Wohnung monatlich warm € 780,00 inkl. Telefon/Internet (W-LAN), Fernsehen (GEZ), Strom, Wasser, Heizung.
Waschmaschine gibt es als Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller, eine Wäsche kostet ca. 60 ct.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Straßen von Isar entfernt und mit dem Radl ist man in 5 Minuten am Flaucher, wo gegrillt werden darf.
Die U-Bahn mit der U1 und U2 ist nah, und es gibt noch den Stadtbus 58 .
