An den Fenstern befinden sich elektrische Rolläden. Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon mit Ost-Ausrichtung. Mitvermietet wird ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler und Backofen sowie Cerankochfeld ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche können gestellt werden.

The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge and freezer, dish washer, oven, ceramic hob, dishes and cutlery. I could also offer bed linen and towels. The bathroom with WC has a shower, a towel warmer and a washing machine. The flat has floor heating and airing in all rooms and a balcony in east direction. The rent includes an underground parking spot pitch.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem in direkter S-Bahnnähe neu errichteten Gebäudekomplex. Um die Ecke befinden sich ein EDEKA-Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei mit gemütlichem Café. In nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die S-Bahn-Station „Aubing“. Von dort fahren während der Hauptzeit Bahnen (Linie S 4) alle 20 Minuten und man ist nach nur 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit in Pasing (mit dem Einkaufszentrum Pasing Arcaden) und in ca. 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof München.

The train station „Aubing“ is just a 2-3 minutes walk away. Trains („S-Bahn“ line „S 4) start every 20 minutes. From there you reach the next district Pasing with a big shopping center in a ride of just 5 minutes. Main station in the heart of Munich is about 15 minutes ride. A supermarket is right around the corner (1-2 minutes away of the flat), just like a lovely Café with included bakery. Infront of the house is a playground for kids.
