Da ich ab 1.3 März studiumbedingt weg muss, suche ich ein Nachmiter/in für den April zur Zwischenmiete für mein schönes gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Apartment. Es ist vollmöbliert und hat eine Kochnische und einen vollwertigen Bad mit Fenster. Es gibt eine Waschmaschiene im Keller (kostenfrei) und einen Kellerabteil.
Lage: 5 min. zu U5/U7 Michaelibad (Innenraum-Zone,in dem 2 Ringen Bereich)und zu Tram 19(auch Nachtram N19) fährt von Stahus/Karlspalz.
2 min zu Ostpark und Michaelibad. Penny ist in der nähe, zu dem Neuperlach Zentrum braucht man nur 2 Haltestellen mit U6.
Bei Interesse, bitte ein Mail schreiben mit ne kurzen Vorstellung. Ich melde mich so schnell wie möglich zurück, Besichtigungstermine sind ab 19.00 möglich oder um 8.00 morgens) am Wochenenden natürlich auch.
