Hallo,
da ich ab Oktober mein Studium in einer anderen Stadt fortsetzen werde, wird meine kleine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung frei. Der Flur hat eine relativ große Niesche in die perfekt ein Kleiderschrank hineinpasst, ohne Platz im Zimmer wegzunehmen.(Maße s. Grundriss)
Die Küche ist separat und die habe ich von meinem Vormieter abgelöst und ist jetzt ungefähr 2 Jahre alt (Kühlschrank, Herdplatte, Spüle, genügend Schränke -> siehe Bilder). Gerne würde ich sie und die von mir im Bad montierte Duschvorhangstange, evtl noch der Hängeschrank dazu, gegen eine Ablöse von 500 € dalassen.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Loggia, auf die am Nachmittag die Sonne scheint. Keller und Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
