Es befinden sich 3 Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner im Keller, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.

5 Min zu Fuß bis U-Bahn-Station Josephsburg; Bus 185 Richtung Arabellapark und Tram-Station Linie 19 Mutschellestraße.
Netto und Rossmann in unmittelbarer Nähe, es gibt einen Rewe ca. 10 min zu Fuß, aber es soll im Laufe des Jahres wieder ein REWE direkt in der Straße aufmachen.
Ostpark/Michaelibad sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 - 10 Min zu erreichen.
