DIe Wohnung ist Teil eines privaten Studentenwohnheims der bayrischen Ärztekammer. Es sind ca. 120 Wohnungen, alle mit eigenem Bad und Kochnische. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und entspannt. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert, da ich nur ins Erasmus nach Frankreich gehe. Auch Sachen wie Decken, Bettbezüge, Kochutensilien, Staubsauger würde ich alles im Zimmer lassen. Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden, sowie Leseraum und kleiner Aufenthaltsraum (und Tischtennisplatten :))
Die nächste Ubahnstation "Kreillerstraße", U2, ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (gute Nachtanbindung!). Mit der Ubahn ins Zentrum (Sendlinger-Tor,Marienplatz) braucht man so 15-20 min ungefähr. Supermärkte, Apotheke oder Bäcker ist alles zu Fuß gut erreichabr. In der Nähe liegt der große Ostpark (ideal für Jogger) und das Michaelibad (ideal für Schwimmer). Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür meist.
