Hallo, aus berufliche Gründen werde ich außerhalb Münchens sein. Deshalb möchte ich meine Wohnung innerhalb des Zeitraums vom circa 21.11.2019 - ca. 15.02.2020 untervermieten.
Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Person untervermietet! Bitte Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (nicht zur Strassenseite gelegen) in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und wird möbliert vermietet: Bett, Schrank, Kommoden, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl, Sessel, WLAN sind vorhanden.
Bad mit Badewanne und die Küche ist seperat vom Zimmer.
Im Haus gibt es eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung oder man nutzt den Waschsalon in der Nähe (5min.)
Man ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten bei der U-Bahn U2 (Josephsburg)und ist in circa 12 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, 5 min am Ostbahnhof, 12 min Odeonsplatz, Stachus. Es gibt auch die Tram 21.
In der Nähe (5 Min) gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Norma, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Rossmann, Reinigung usw...
