Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit 8 Wohneinheiten im obersten Stockwerk. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage (Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit) und einen kleinen Garten zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist ideal (Bus Ampfingstraße 3 min, Tram Ampfingstraße 5 min, S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring 10 min, Ostbahnhof 15 min). Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet sich auch immer in direkter Umgebung.
