Das moderne und helle 1-Zimmer Studio ist voll möbliert. Insbesondere enthält es:
- Voll funktionsfähige Küche inkl. Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Gläser
- Bett inkl. Bettzeug (falls benötigt)
- Großer Ess- / Schreibtisch und Stühle
- Geräumiger und heller Kleiderschrank
- Großer Flachbild-TV, an der Wand befestigt
- Balkon mit Tischen und Stühlen

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt modern eingerichtet und dank großer Fensterfront sehr hell (es stehen selbstverständlich Jalousien zur Abdunklung zur Verfügung).
Auf dem Balkon stehen Tische und Stühle, und mindestens zwei Personen können dort z.B. essen / grillen etc.
Das Bad ist mit Badewanne / Dusche, Waschbecken und einem kleinen Spiegelschrank eingerichtet (+ eigener Heizkörper).
Ein Waschraum im Keller mit Münzautomaten steht dem kompletten Haus zur Verfügung und kann entsprechend mitgenutzt werden.

Bei der Wohnung ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz inkludiert. Sollte dieser nicht benötigt werden so kann er möglicherweise untervermietet werden.

WICHTIG:
In der Monatsmiete von 980 EUR sind alle Nebenkosten pauschal inkludiert, d.h. Heizung, Strom, Wasser, TV und Internet sowie die Kosten für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz sind bereits pauschal enthalten.

This modern one-room studio is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials. In particular, it contains:
- Fully functional and ready-to-go kitchen with a spacious fridge (inkl. freezer), baking oven, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc.
- Bed (incl. sheets if needed)
- Big table that can be used for both, dining or as a desk
- Spacious wardrobe
- Flat screen TV mounted on the wall
- Balcony with tables and chairs

This one-room studio is fully furnished in a modern way and also equipped with most household essentials. The studio is bright thanks to a large window front but of course there are blinders in case you'd like to dim down or darken the room.
The balcony with chairs and tables is large enough so that at least 2 persons can eat or BBQ there.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub / shower, wash basin and a small mirror cupboard.

A laundry room with a laundromat and a dryer which are operated with coins is available for the entire house, so you can use that one too.

IMPORTANT:
The monthly rent of 980 EUR already contains all additional costs like heating, electricity, water, TV and internet as well as the parking spot are all included and not billed additionally.

The flat comes with a parking space in an underground garage. If the parking place is not needed, it may be possible for you to sublet it.
