Ich möchte gerne die Wohnung meiner Tochter ab sofort für ca. 12 Monate zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnschlafzimmer, eine winzige Küche mit Fenster, ein neu renoviertes Bad ohne Fenster und eine Abstellkammer.
Möbliert ist sie mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett (auf den Fotos ist noch ein 1,20 m breites Bett zu sehen) sowie einem Schreibtisch/Esstisch mit Stuhl.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Waschhaus mit Münz-Waschmaschinen und -Trocknern für die gesamte Wohnanlage.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die geniale Lage eine Minute vom U-Bahnhof Böhmerwaldplatz.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und am Arabellapark befinden sich auch mehrere Cafés, Restaurants und ein Kino.
