Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in der Nähe U Böhmerwaldplatz (ca. 5min zu Fuß) vorübergehend unter, da ich von München nach Berlin ziehe. Es handelt sich bei der Wohnung um eine 1-Zimmer mit separater, ausgestatteter Küche und Bad, ca. 43 qm groß.
Der Wohnraum ist zur Zeit mit Bett, Sofa, Regalplatz und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Bad ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine Wanne mit Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit 2-Platten-Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Backofen. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

The apartment has approx. 43 sq.m. The "living-area" is equipped with a large bed, a sofa, shelf space and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen has a table, chairs, kitchen utensils ;-), a fridge, a stove and a small oven, and a washing machine. The bathroom is quite spacious and has a bathtub that can serve as shower. WIFI is included.
Ruhige Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe der U4 Böhmerwaldplatz (ca. 5 Gehminuten). Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 10 U-Bahn-Minuten. Prinzipiell gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Eiscafé :) in der Nähe

Quiet side street, conveniently located close to U4 Boehmerwaldplatz (approx. 5 minutes walking distance). To reach Munich main station, it takes approx. 10 minutes by underground. In general, easy access to public transport. Grocery store across the street, further shops and an ice café :) nearby

My preferred dates to move out are August 11 or 15, but I am happy to agree upon a date some time the first half of August. Minimum rental period: Until end of September, yet, extension until Dec is possible. (You might even be able to take over the place.)
