Ich vermiete eine Einzimmerwohnung für eine alleinstehende Person in einem neu renovierten Gebäude unter. Der Mieter wäre der erste, der nach der Renovierung einzieht. Die Wohnung ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß von der U2-Station Dulferstraße entfernt, und es gibt mehrere Busverbindungen innerhalb von 1 Minute zu Fuß. Kaufland, Aldi und Edeka sind ebenfalls in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche muss noch montiert werden, aber das wird vor oder in der ersten Woche nach dem Einzug des Mieters erledigt sein.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer zunächst bis März 2024 unter, aber eine Verlängerung um ein paar Monate ist denkbar. Auch das KVR ist möglich. Die Besichtigung ist online oder persönlich möglich.
Ich würde es vorziehen, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren!

I am subletting a studio apartment for a single person in a newly renovated building. The renter would be the first to move in following the renovation. The accommodation is only a 1-minute walk from the dulferstrasse u2 station, and there are several bus connections within a 1-minute walk as well. Kaufland, Aldi, and Edeka are also within a 2-3 minute walk. The kitchen still has to be assembled, but it will be done before or within the first week of the tenant's moving.
Initially, I am subletting the room from now until March 2024, but an extension for a couple of months is feasible. The KVR is also possible. Viewing is possible online or in person.
I would prefer communicating in English!
Die Unterkunft ist nur 1 Gehminute von der U2-Station Dulferstraße entfernt, von wo aus ein Bus zum Olympiapark und viele andere in Richtung Stadt fahren. Mit der U2 ist der Hauptbahnhof in 13-14 Minuten zu erreichen.

The accommodation is only a 1-minute walk from the dulferstrasse u2 station, there is a bus going to Olympiapark and many others going towards city as well. By U2, the Central station can be reached in 13-14 minutes.
Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, ist die Küche noch nicht ausgestattet, aber ich werde sie vor oder innerhalb der ersten Woche des Mietverhältnisses ausstatten. Ich lade die Anzeige vorerst nur mit einem Bild hoch, aber ich werde die Bilder später aktualisieren.
