Room in northern Munich, situated next to U3 Dulferstrase

The room is approximately 14 square meters, and is on the ground floor of a relatively new building in the area of Dulferstrase. Furnishings include a single bed, large desk with chair, a large wardrobe and an additional shelving unit. There is an attached bathroom with a toilet, basin, mirror and open shower. A large window is on one side of the room and opens up to an outside garden area. There is a shared kitchen with 7 other people (though it is usually empty, and kept very clean), and has a stovetop, oven, large sitting table and allocated fridge/ freezer/ pantry space.
There is a gym in the building for which I have a pass, and will include for an additional 10 euros. The laundry is in a separate building but is still part of the student residence, and has plenty of washing machines and dryers. The garbage room is attached to the building and there is a place to park bikes if needed. There is also a small student bar in another building which is open on Friday nights.
