Hallo,
ich würde gerne mein Zimmer in der Studentenstadt direkt am U- Bhf Studentenstadt für 2 Monate untervermieten.
Zur U- Bahn läuft man keine 4 Minuten und dann ist man auch in 10 Minuten am Marienplatz oder in 8 Minuten an der U Universität.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hat eine Kochzeile mit Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler und ein eigenes kleines Bad. Insgesamt sind es 16m2 und es gibt einen Balkon. Waschmaschine und eine Internet- Flatrate sind auch dabei.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 1 U- Bahn Station weiter oder auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Der Englische Garten ist direkt vor der Haustür.
