I am going to sublease my awesome room for three months, and possibly also let you stay for a longer period depending on certain conditions (in which case, we will come to a mutual decision upon the termination date).
The room is very spacious, bright and comes furnished. There is free WiFi throughout the house. The foldable sofa-cum-double-bed is good for two people in case you invite someone over. The wardrobes have plenty of space for all your belongings. You will share a large kitchen with another person, currently a friendly African student called Francis (whose existence you may not notice always). The kitchen is fully furnished too. The bathroom is very spacious as well, and comes with a nice bathtub. You'll share it with your neighbor. I love the amount of privacy I get in this place. It really feels like home. That's why I don't want to leave this place (unless I find something better close to center).
WHERE? -- Sighartstraße 7, 82140 Olching.
HOW TO REACH? -- Take the S3 towards Maisach/Mammendorf from München Hauptbahnhoff, and get down after 10 stops in Esting. Takes about 24 mins. The house is about 4 mins away from the train station by bus (835/6), or 14 mins by walk.
WHAT'S NEARBY? -- Popular shopping malls such as Rewe and Lidl are walking distance away, open Monday to Saturday. Peaceful atmosphere, awesome neighbors and a serene river close by makes the location a perfect fit for students.
The landlord who stays downstairs is a chain-smoker. However, we don't like smoking in our floor. Moreover, the landlord is a very kind person, but mostly prefers keeping to himself as he is busy working. Therefore, it is advised not to make loud sounds post 10 pm. The neighbors also love it if you do not disturb them unnecessarily.
NOTE: Cleanliness is next to godliness.
