The apartment is on the 1st Floor of an apartment building in the residence Hochschulhaus Garching. The residence is close to the Technical university and the Research Center Garching. The metro (line U-6)is also in walking distance. Supermarket REWE and Lidl are in front of the building. In addition to the living room there is a small kitchen, a separate bathroom and a small hall. The apartment is fully furnished: a single bed, a wardrobe, 2 chairs and a table. In the kitchen there are several cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, fridge etc. There is also very nice balcony and a big window, so the room is bright.
Additionally, in the building there are also a bar, BBQ area, big common garden and underground parking for cars and bikes, laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
The location is in the walking distance to the Techical University of Munich (5 min. by bike or 10 min by foot) and to the Research Center Garching. As well as to the metro line U-6 (Garching) (5 min by bike or 7-10 min by foot). The location is quite, in front of the building there are 2 supermarkets: REWE and Lidl, also a bakery and baber shop.
I am leaving for a vacation for 1 month that is why I want to rent my apartment only for this period. I am looking for a responsible person, who will maintain apartment clean and in the same condition. If you are interested, please write me email or call.
