Ich habe ein WG bei Karl Preis Platz und Giesing(mit U2,12 min zur Messestadt West). Dieser WG hat zwei Zimmer(zwei Personen). Wir sind auslandische Studenten, die in München studieren aber ab August(Ich 10. August, und mein Freund 18. August, er kommt am mitte September zurück) werden wir in unserem Heimat sein. Ich suche einen Untermieter für zwei Monate (bis Ende von September). Mein Zimmer ist ungefahr 14-15 m2. Ich zahle 450 euro monatlich und 425 euro monatlich von einem Untermieter, OK für mich.
Mit dem Bus 145 von Ostbahnhof die Zimmer in 7 Minuten leicht erreichbar. U-Bahn ist auch 5-6 Minuten zu Fuss.
