Ich habe meine Einzel-Apartment für 1 Monat zur Zwischenmitte verfügbar. Von 14.12.2021 bis 14.01.2022. 21 m^2 mit Bett, Küche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Badezimmer, Schreibtisch, Schränke und WLAN. Die gesamte Gebäude ist vor ein Paar Jahren komplett renoviert. Ich wohne hier seit Oktober 2019. Mietpreis ist 720€ W-LAN inkl. und eine kleine Kaution von 100€ die kurz danach zurückgegeben wird.
Es ist in der Nähe von U2 Haltestelle Giesing (15min zu Fuß oder 5min mit dem Bus). Bus Haltestelle Ständlerstraße (Linie 139, 145) vor dem Gebäude (100m). Ein Lidl und DM sind 100m entfernt, und auch Fitness-Studio, Edeka und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
