Hallo zusammen,
ich suche für Februar und März noch eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für mein Zimmer in Großhadern (NUR Student(in)!!!). Es ist in einem Studentenwohnheim, 12 m² groß und dazu noch ein eigenes Bad (Bilder auf Anfrage). Die Küche muss man sich mit 6 netten Nachbarinnen teilen, da gibt's aber nie Probleme.
Die Anbindung ist gut, die U-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber mindestens im 10-Minuten-Takt und nachts fährt der Nachtbus von und in die Innenstadt. Zur LMU braucht man etwa 20 Minuten, in die Innenstadt etwa 15. Die Autobahnausfahrt ist auch nur 400 Meter weg.
Im Preis dabei sind Highspeed-Internet, Heizung, Wasser und TV. Das ganze ist möbliert.
Bei Interesse schnell melden, wenn ich nicht ans Telefon geh, dann einfach auf die Mailbox quatschen!
