Dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und eine große, gut ausgestattete (2 Backöfen, 8 Kochfelder) und saubere gemeinsame Küche steht zur Verfügung.
Ein gemeinsamer Waschraum auf den selben Etage des Zimmers steht auch zu Verfügung.
Der Miete ist 340 € pro Monat mit allen Nebenkosten (ink. Heizung, warmes Wasser, Strom, Internet), für den ganzen Zeitraum beträgt der Miete 510 €. Die Kaution ist 300 €.
KVR ist möglich.
Eine Besichtigung ist entweder online oder im Person nach Vereinbarung möglich.
Lage
Klinikum Großhadern U-Bahnstation (U6, Buslinien 56, 266) ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem U-Bahn ist das Stadtzentrum (Marienplatz) in 18 Minuten erreichbar.
Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Deutsche Bank Filiale, mehrere Bäckereien, Apotheken und eine Postfiliale sind in der Nähe.

I am subletting my room in the Heiglhofstrasse student dormitory from 15.02.2021 to 31.03.2021. The dates can be a little bit flexible but an extension is not possible because on 31.03.2021 I have to move out.
The room has its own bathroom with WC and shower and there is a big, good equipped (2 ovens, 8 stoves, a microwave) and clean common kitchen for use.
There is also a common laundry room on the same floor as the room.
The rent is 340 € monthly, so for the whole time period it is 510 €. The deposit is 300 €.
KVR is possible.
An online or personal visit can be arranged.
PLACE
Klinikum Großhadern metro station (U6 metro line, bus lines 56 and 266) is 3 minutes on foot, with the metro the city centre (Marienplatz) is 18 minutes away.
Penny, Rewe, Edeka, bakeries, pharmacies, Deutsche Bank and a post office are near the dorm.
