The room is furnished with a bed, 2 closets, desk and chair.
There is free Internet and the room is within walking distance of the U6 Hadernerstern. There are lots of facilities nearby such as supermarkets a post office etc, all within walking distance! It takes 12 minutes by the U-bahn to get to the city centre.
There are lots of shared facilities such as washing machines, dryers etc.
The room has no private bathroom and kitchen. Those are shared with 6 other students. There is a shared living room with TV, kitchen table etc.
The room is situated within a newly built building (2007) and is very comfortable.
The rent is 350 a month, with a safety deposit of 350.
I'm subletting my room since I went back to my home country already.
