This room is available for about two months. It is located in a really clean and quiet apartment. That is a bright room with a big window and two curtains(one of that is Electric shutters). it has its own bath and shower and every required facilities are in the room, a big table, chair, bed, a dresser, big mirror as well as a small refrigerator (you have also access another fridge in the kitchen). in the kitchen you have 2 commodes and one drawer and you can also have some shared dishes, pots, glasses,...i will also leave some of my stuff here. the deposit is 400€ which I would give you back at the end of the contract. if you are interested, you can contact me and we will make an appointment for further discussion or making a contract.
It is totally near to the U-bahn(3-5 min by foot). there are also some bus-stations closed to it. penny is in front of the building. Tengelman and Rewe are also near (about 8-10 min by foot). there are also 2 pharmacies(Apotheke) , some stores, Post bank, Sparkasse and one branch of Deutsch bank. if you are interested there is a great women gym and one other sport center(6-7 min by foot). It is also in a quiet and green place.
what I expect you is to keep the room clean and be quiet and care about neighbors ( do not make noise and invite quests specially after 10pm...) and also be careful about the stuff and appliances you use(specially in the kitchen which are shared). the monthly rent is 310, every thing (internet, electricity and water rent...are included in the price). 400 € is for deposit which will be refundable. for more information pm me.
