Hallo,
ich bin derzeit beruflich unterwegs und möchte mein Teilappartement in einem Studentenwohnheim in Großhadern an einen vertrauenswürdigen Studenten/in untervermieten. Das Appartement liegt in der dritten Etage (Aufzug) und hat ein eigenes Bad, mit Dusche, WC und einen Mini-Kühlschrank. Es ist möbliert, mit einem Bett (140 x 200) und einem Schreibtisch. Auf dem selben Flur gibt es eine große Gemeinschaftsküche zum Kochen und plaudern!
Es ist also alles Vorhanden, was man braucht um kostengünstig in München unter zu kommen. Bis zur U-Bahn Station (U6) sind es nur ca. 5 Gehminuten. Von dort aus ist man in ca. 15 min am Marienplatz.
Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Die U-Bahn Station Klinikum Großhadern (U6) liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort sind es ca. 15 min bis zum Marienplatz.
Direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, einen Biergarten und auch eine Bibliothek. Man ist also bestens versorgt!
Da es sich hier um ein Appartement in einem Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist dieses auch nur an Studenten zu vermieten!
