The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. There is a washing machine in the washroom which you can use for free.
The kitchen has only basic facilities, like washing basin, electronic stove. and fridge There is no oven or dish washer.

Extension of the stay until end of Jul 2019 might be possible upon negotiation.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und hat einen großen Balkon. Es ist möglich, die Waschmaschine und Trocknungsanlage im Erdgeschoss zu benutzen.
Sie haben Zugang zu U-Bahn Haderner Stern zu Fuß innerhalb von 1 Minute. Es gibt Supermärkte (Edeka, Penny), DHL und Sparkasse in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Es gibt auch som Restaurants und Backeries zur Auswahl.
Die Untervermietung beinhaltet Utility und Internet, beinhaltet aber nicht die Nutzung des Kellers.
