Ich mache ein Praktikum in Düsseldorf und vermiete deshalb meine Wohnung für ein paar Monate unter. Ich weiß noch nicht genau, wie lange ich in DUS bleiben werde, bis Ende März aber Minimum.
Die Wohnung bietet durch die geschickte Raumaufteilung Platz für alles was man braucht. Besonders praktisch ist das 1,60x2,00m Bett, was man tagsüber für mehr Wohnraum in den Schrank hochklappen kann (aber natürlich nicht muss).
Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kochplatten und Ofen ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist frisch saniert mit Regendusche :)
Ebenfalls dabei ist ein Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar die Sonne genießen kann.

Start- und Enddatum können flexibel gestaltet werden +- ein paar Tage

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zentral (5min von der Fraunhofer Straße) und dennoch ruhig in einem Innenhof.
Man ist in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad, in 15 min mit dem Bus, 10 min mit der Bahn und in 20-25 min zu Fuß an der Theresienwiese.

Ich würde mich freuen über eine nette Nachricht, in der du mir etwas über dich erzählst und dann können wir sehr gerne eine persönliche oder eine Zoom-Besichtigung ausmachen:)
