Die Wohnung liegt im 5OG. und hat eine extra Küche und ein extra Bad. Es gibt eine kleine Bar und sonst ist auch alles da was man so braucht. Es gibt außerdem wlan und einen kleinen Tv den man mit benutzen kann. Geschirr, Staubsauger, Teller usw ist auch alles vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Isarvorstadt also direkt in der Stadt und man kann alles schnell und problemlos erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , fitnesscenter, Clubs und Bars auch direkt vor der Tür. Trotz der so zentralen Lage in der stadt ist es in der Straße sehr ruhig und man kann sich entspannt zurücklehnen.
Ich würde mir einen sauberen und unkomplizierten Mieter wünschen der alles ordentlich behandelt wie es übergeben wurde. Die wohnung ist ab sofort bis 28.03 frei und kann sofort bezogen werden.
