Ich biete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Ismaning ab ca. 15. August zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung wird nach Absprache befristet vermietet.
Viele Möbel werde ich in der Wohnung lassen, das heißt nach Absprache sind Schränke, Bett, Esstisch usw. vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat 32qm und einen Südbalkon. Sie ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt und hat ein Kellerabteil sowie einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. die Küche besteht aus einer Kochnische mit ausreichend Schränken. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und bietet für eine Einzimmer-Wohnung genügend Platz. Ein großer Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltüren steht im Flur.
Die Kaltmiete habe ich in der Angabe oben geschätzt. Ich zahle 500€ warm inkl. Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. Für Strom zahle ich momentan 25€ bekomme aber meistens etwas zurück.
Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle für den Bus Richtung München, sowie zur S-Bahn Ismaning. Die S-Bahn ist die S8 zum Flughafen, fährt daher auch die ganze Nacht durch.
