Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nur 25 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein EDEKA-Markt für den täglichen Bedarf.
Die warme Miete beträgt 650 EUR pro Monat, und es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 EUR fällig. Leider ist mit diesem Mietvertrag keine Anmeldung beim KVR möglich. Die Wohnung steht vom 01.05.2024 bis zum 01.10.2024 zur Verfügung. Kürzere Mietdauer ab Mai sind auch möglich.

Are you looking for a cozy and bright one-room apartment for a temporary stay? Then this apartment is just right for you!
The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen as well as a private bathroom. Thanks to the large window, it is very bright and quiet. The location is ideal, as you only have to walk two minutes to the nearest bus stop, from where bus line 140 goes directly to Scheidplatz. The main train station is also reachable by public transport in just 25 minutes. There are shopping facilities in the area such as an EDEKA supermarket for daily needs.
The warm rent is 650 EUR per month, and a deposit of 600 EUR is required. Unfortunately, registration with the KVR is not possible with this rental agreement. The apartment is available from May 1, 2024, to October 1, 2024. Shorter contract starting in May is also possible.
