Ich biete meine 1 Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete vom 01.08 bis 31.10, im Stadtteil Laim an, da Ich die Wohnung nicht mehr benutzen werde, weil ich meine Hochschule wechsel. Danach wird dann der Untermieter als Nachmieter ernannt.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG, besitzt jedoch ein Balkon.
Eigene Küche, Dusche und WC sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung besitzt ein Bett 140x200, ein Schrank, Tisch. Diese müsste dann auch abgekauft werden!
Der Mietpreis setzt sich aus:
Warmmiete: 643€
Nebenkosten: 44€
Internet: 13€
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Laim und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom ÖPNV
S-Bahn: 5min
Bus: 5min
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 10min und zum Karlsplatz bzw Marienplatz 12-15min.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. das Pasing-Arcaden, dass mit der Bahn nur 2min entfernt ist. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Edeka in der Nähe( ca.5min gehweg). Fitnessstudio und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind 5-15min gehweg entfernt.
