Hallo,
da ich für zwei Monate ein Praktikum im Ausland mache, vermiete ich meine total schöne und gemütliche Wohnung für diese Zeit.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Schrank) und hat eine separate Küche, sowie einen kleinen Flur und einen Balkon.
Die Lage ist verkehrsmäßig auch echt super. Man braucht ca 1 Minute zu Bus und Ubahn und auch zur Tram und S- Bahn kann man in 5-10 min gut zu Fuß laufen. Auch die Autoanbindung ist mit Nähe zum Mittleren Ring sowie zur Autobahn sehr praktisch.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet (4- Plattenherd + Ofen, großer Kühlschrank, Geschirr)
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und es gibt eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine.
