Für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Ich suche einen ruhigen Mieter, der Rücksicht auf die durchwegs ältere Hausgemeinschaft nimmt und keine Party macht.
